Venue Hire

The club rooms and greens are available for Hire.

The Clubrooms can be hired for a social activity or special celebration:

* staff Christmas party
* an afternoon of bonding with work colleagues
* a birthday party
* a special anniversary
* wedding reception

You can play bowls at the Hawthorn Bowling Club.

* anybody can learn and play quickly
* it can be played by all age groups
* It caters for both men and women

Bowls can be provided by the club at no extra cost.

Flat soled shoes are the only requirement.

You can hire the:

* club rooms for a special function eg Birthday Celebration, Christmas Party
* club rooms and greens for a social day or evening of fun
* greens for a time of fun and fellowship

Fees

Hire of Clubrooms

* minimum cost
* minimum number of guests - 45
* plus refundable cleaning bond (to be refunded if Clubrooms are left in a clean state)

Other Charges

* Bar Person - 1 bar person for first 50 guests
* For each extra 50 guests or part thereof - extra bar person/s
* Use of Kitchen
* Use of BBQ
* Limited Liquor Licence - if liquor consumed
* GST is added to all charges invoiced

Green Fees

* day time fees
* extra charges for playing at night
